Context

The company was born with a presence 100% focused on the final consumer, being a company in its core, B2C. Alongside the company's growth, we have also witnessed an enthusiasm for initiatives focused on the health and well-being of employees in companies.

It was in this sense that we began to focus our efforts on creating partnerships with other companies, with the main objective of reaching their final consumers. Thus adding high user volume at once.

Our product, increasingly robust and capable of being an ally in creating healthier habits for our users, is in a strategic position for this type of partnership. We have been increasingly sought after as market leaders to support companies in search of a solution that supports this growth, both in employees and customers, in the search for a healthier life.

Definitions and Exploration

To meet the needs of these users, we understand that we would need a solution that: Centralizes the main information for these users, who either need to manage several clients (internal team) or have several partners in other initiatives of their business. Providing a clear overview of both the partnership and its health, both in terms of the use of company's end users (clients or employees of the intermediary) and financially.

Our main benchmarks are companies that mainly offer their solutions to companies as a corporate benefit.

To meet the needs of these users, we understand that we would need a solution that:

We then set out to create a first version, with the proposal to create the ideal setting for this experience. Delivering, mainly to intermediaries, a view management capable of generating insights about its customers from the use of the platform.

This first version, which fulfilled the ideal scenario, continued to evolve to meet the demands of the business. Going through a second version. V2 kept the focus on employees, but brought a reality closer to what could be developed. And consequently a third version that delivered the main Jobs to be done for users: Intermediary: See how many employees are active and have an overview of their interaction with the platform Consult invoices and download documents such as invoices, slips, etc.

Outcome

This work employs the tailwind framework, a powerful and flexible tool for creating web interfaces.

With it, it was possible to generate a sophisticated and charming visual pattern, which adapts to different devices and resolutions. The design is current and user-friendly, this approach allows for rapid prototyping and efficient development, giving more control and flexibility throughout the project.
